24-Hour Cancellation Policy

   If you cancel within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the intended service fee. If you fail to make your appointment without providing us notice, you will be charged 100% of the intended service. Repeated missed appointments may affect your ability to schedule appointments in the future. Please take the appropriate actions to make cancelations or avoid missed appointments as possible. This policy is in place to ensure quality service and protection of our staff and clients’ time. Short-notice cancelations will make it difficult for us to fill the timeslot and for other clients to utilize that time.

Arriving Late Policy

  We understand that issues may arise or uncontrollable factors occur that may cause you to be a few minutes late. Please text us at 360- 685-3666 to let us know you are running late. Please note that we can only honor the time slot you booked with us. So if you are late, we may run out of time to complete your service and you will be charged for the full service. Also, early departures will charge the full intended service fee.

New Client Policy

   We accept new clients whether or not they have received eyelash extensions through another salon. In the case where new clients currently have eyelash extensions, we will require them to set an appointment for consultation via text. Depending on the quality and condition of the lashes, your price may vary for the service. At this consultation, we will let you know the cost and the plan moving forward

After Hours Policy

  We understand that each individual has their priorities and needs that may make it difficult to book in available timeslots.

Hours appointments or weekend appointments may be possible by contacting me via text at 360-685-3666. Each appointment will be at the discretion of the esthetician.
